As a Registered Nurse 2 (Community), you would directly provide, oversee, and coordinate nursing and health related care services for a caseload of individuals in a community setting, such as a Family Care Program, Mobile Integration Team, and outpatient clinic; perform clinical case management activities; serve as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team; and provide nursing-specific clinical, consultative, and instructional assistance to individuals and their families, other disciplines, and health care providers. Notes:

Salary Range:
From $97029 to $106140 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Possession of a license and current registration to practice nursing in New York State; a bachelor's degree in nursing; and two years of post-licensure professional clinical nursing experience. One year of this experience must have been providing direct services to individuals diagnosed with mental illness, developmental disabilities, addiction, or substance use disorders in a community setting. Substitution:
a bachelor's degree in nursing may substitute for one year of general post licensure clinical nursing experience; and a master's degree in nursing may substitute for two years of general post-licensure clinical nursing experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
