Heidelberg Bread a family owned business is looking for a part-time Office Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be a new team member on our accounting staff to help our business continue to grown with the result of hard work and the drive to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
Correctly record and apply cash, checks, and credit card payments to outstanding invoices promptly and accurately.
Review and analyze related settlements as necessary, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Work closely with head of Sales & Marketing and to help prepare any necessary documents.
Learn different portals for each franchise, update documents and pricing.
Be a team player and assist in any other daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have experience with Accounts Receivable, reconciliation and Word Documents.
Hours can be somewhat flexible; 25 hours a week, ideally Monday - Friday 9:
00-2:
00 hours may increase as we grow Job Type:

$16.

No more than 25 per week
